Returns are only applicable for the clothes. It must have original tags and packaging. If you request an exchange but your size is out of stock, you will receive store credit.
The Azul will gladly exchange items purchased, up to 30 days after your purchase. Exchanges are not applicable on sale items, gift baskets and jewelry. Note that you will be responsible to pay for shipping.
No refunds on any items.
To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, The Azul reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purpose of validating customer information when processing an exchange.
